Poignant, soothing and irresistibly engaging, the new single Stood Here Too from Sydney troubadour NedR blends folk, soul, jazz and beyond via a fresh and emotive sonic brush. Like a warm hug of glistening intimacy, the accompanying music video for Stood Here Too, also out today, perfectly complements the emotional heartstrings on firm display throughout the track.

ON THE SIDE GOT TO SPEAK WITH NEDR WHO SHARED HIS TOP 5 LIVE SHOWS WITH US!

ED SHEERAN
The old entertainment center in Sydney was where I experienced my very first concert – Ed Sheeran! I was overcome with a rush of emotions throughout the show, and was by first and only post-concert blues. I can still remember the reverberations of Ed Sheeran’s guitar thumping against my chest and the bass pumping through my body – it was an unforgettable experience.

JON BELLION
Jon is an incredible musician, and his performance at The Enmore was no exception. The venue was the perfect size to maintain such an intimate atmosphere while still accommodating the large crowd. It was amazing to watch him take each song and give it a unique twist. He’s truly a master of his craft and every song he played was full of creativity and energy. It was a truly unforgettable night!

BEN ABRAHAM
I finally fulfilled a dream of mine when I got to play a song alongside Ben Abraham at his end of year Christmas show. I have long admired his work and to be able to collaborate with him was an incredibly special moment.

JEREMY ZUCKER
I was lucky enough to witness Jeremy Zucker’s incredible live performance at The Metro theater recently. His intricate production was translated perfectly in the live setting, and the highlight was when he into a soloed on the piano in my favourite song of his “somebody loves you”. It was a truly emotional experience – my friend Dominik Dale and I were both moved to tears. Seeing Jeremy Zucker perform was definitely a treasured memory.

BRUNO MARS
Last but not least is Bruno Mars at the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney. I believe this is the best big venue to see a show in the city! My friends and I were disappointed to not get mosh tickets, but the people in the seats next to us were still very enthusiastic, despite not being able to stand and dance. Him and his band bring an energy that i’ve never seen before and couldn’t believe they are all able to dance and play at the same time!
